Using as a Wired Headphone

The Matrix comes with a 3.5mm audio jack on the back of the left

ear cup and an audio cable for wired use. This is convenient for

use where Bluetooth isn’t allowed, such as on an airplane, when

the battery is depleted, or just to save battery power. It is also

useful if you want to listen to media from a different device that

doesn’t have Bluetooth or isn’t paired.
Connect one side of the audio cable to the Matrix and the other

side to a 3.5mm headphone jack on the device.
Using wired audio and Bluetooth simultaneously:

The Matrix can be used to listen to wired audio while retaining a

wireless connection with another device such as a phone.
When listening to wired audio and there is an incoming Bluetooth

audio transmissions, such as an incoming phone call or media

playback, the wired audio will partially mute in the left channel

and completely mute in the right channel to allow for Bluetooth

priority. Approximately 15 seconds after the last Bluetooth

transmission has ended, the wired audio will resume.
