Widget Connection

Status

When the Widget is connected to the MTS Echo Software Cloud Server,
the indicator turns green. This indicates that there is an internet connection
and it has successfully connected to the Cloud Server.

When there is no Internet Connection available, the indicator turns red. In
this case, ensure that the internet is connected to this Test PC. To test, you
can open a Web Browser like Internet Explorer or Google Chrome and try to
navigate to:

http://mtsecho.com

. If you cannot see this page, then you do not

have an internet connection.

Note

An internet connection is required to use MTS Echo Software.

Moving the Widget

By default, the MTS Echo widget will show up in the upper right-hand
corner of the screen.You can drag it anywhere on the screen by dragging the
MTS Echo phone icon in the corner of the widget. When the Test PC is
restarted, the widget will remember its last location.

Hiding the Widget

You can hide the widget by right-clicking on the MTS Echo phone icon and
clicking Hide. This will hide the widget from the desktop, but still allow it to
run in the background. To see the widget again, click on the MTS Echo
phone icon in the Windows task bar.
