2- As you slide the original baffle out, be sure to remove the original rubber gasket inside the sealing lip area. See Picture 2. Wipe
any leftover debris or build-up from the sealing surface. See Picture 2a.
3- Now slide the felt gaskets over the baffle tube and into place against the backing plates. Put a washer over each of the included
screws, and pass them through the backing plates and felt gaskets. You must do this before attempting to slide the baffle in place.
4- Install the new rubber gasket inside the sealing lip area. Now slide the new Quiet Baffle into place and start the four screws on
each unit.
