Abdrehprobe im Stillstand
Es ist ratsam, den „Faktor T“ des Produkts mit einer
Probe im Stillstand zu kalibrieren
• Das Abdrehprobenset auf der rechten Seite
anbringen
(Siehe Bedienungsanleitung des X36 bzw. X44).
Z WEI Z UGRIFFSMÖGLICHKEITEN :
a) Vom Menü Streuung aus
• Das Menü EPAN (Streuung) anwählen.
- Die Funktion anwählen.
- Die Einstellung 1 : Kalibriertest wählen.
- 540 U/min Zapfwelle einschalten und rechten
Streuschieber öffnen (etwa 15 bis 20 s), bis der
Eimer zu 3/4 voll ist.
- Das erhaltene Gewicht in kg eingeben und
mit bestätigen.
Der Computer hat nun den neuen
produktspezifischen „Faktor T“ berechnet.
b) Vom Menü Einstellung aus
• Das Menü REG (Streuung) anwählen.
- Die Funktion wählen.
- Zum Kalibrieren des Produkts wählen.
- Die Einstellung 1 : Kalibriertest wählen.
- Die Zapfwelle auf 540 U/min bringen und den
rechten Mengenschieber öffnen, bis der Eimer
3/4 voll ist.
- Das erhaltene Gewicht in kg eingeben und mit
bestätigen.
Der Computer hat nun den neuen
produktspezifischen „Faktor T“ berechnet.
- Zum Verlassen des Menüs wählen.
Mit dem DPB bleibt die jeweils letzte Einstellung mit
dem gewählten Produkt gespeichert.

Fixed station flow rate test
IIt is recommended to calibrate the product Factor T
by fixed station test.
• Fit the flow rate trial kit on the right hand side
(See the X36 or X44 manual).
T WO ACCESS POSSIBILITIES :
a) From the Spreading menu
• Select EPAN
- Select the function
- Select
1 : calibration test.
- Power up the PTO at 540 rpm and open the RH
shutter for 15 to 20 seconds until the bucket is 3/4
full.
- Enter the weight in kg and validate with

b) From the Settings menu
• Select REG
- Select the function
- Select product calibration
- Select 1 : calibration test.
- Start the PDF at 540 RPM and open the RH
shutter to fill the bucket to 3/4.
- Enter the weight in kg and validate with .
The unit has computed the new product-specific
T factor.
- Select to exit.
The DPB will save the latest setting for the product
selected.

Réglage du débit
Essai de débit à poste fixe
Il est conseillé de calibrer le “Facteur T” du produit
avec un test à poste fixe.
• Installer le kit essais de débit côté droit
(voir Manuel X 36 ou X 44).
D EUX POSSIBILITÉS D ' ACCÈS :
a) Depuis le menu Epandage
• Sélectionner le menu EPAN
- Sélectionner la fonction
- Sélectionner

- Mettre en marche la PDF 540 tr/min et ouvrir la
trappe (durée 15 à 20 s) droite de manière à
remplir le seau au 3/4.
- Entrer le poids obtenu en kg et valider

• Sélectionner le menu REG
- Sélectionner la fonction
- Sélectionner pour calibrage produit.
- Sélectionner 1 test de calibrage.
- Mettre en marche la PDF 540 tr/min et ouvrir la
trappe droite de manière à remplir le sceau au
3/4.
- Entrer le poids obtenu en kg et valider
avec
Le boîtier a calculé le nouveau “Facteur T”
spécifique au produit.
- Sélectionner
pour sortir.
Le DPB conservera en mémoire le dernier réglage
réalisé sur le produit sélectionné.
