-U login_id

User login ID

Login IDs are case sensitive

-d db_name

Name of the database to use

Issues a

USE db_name

statement when osql is started

-p password

User-specified password

If the -p option is not used, osql prompts for a password.

>logfile

Pathname of the log file which is used to log
information associated with the demo data removal
process.

Modifying the

logfile

argument is optional.

4. Save your copy of the modified

RemoveSampleBatchData.bat

file.

5. From the Start menu, select Run.
6. In the Open field, enter the path of the

RemoveSampleBatchData.bat file you modified.

7. Click OK. The sample data is removed from the database.

TIP

You can also run the RemoveSampleBatchData.bat script from a
command prompt.

1. Insert the RSBizWare CD into the DVD drive on your

computer.

2. Copy both

RSBizWare\Support\RemoveOracleSampleBatchData.bat and
RemoveOracleSampleDataDML.sql from the RSBizWare CD
to a single directory on your computer.

3. In your copy of the

RemoveOracleSampleBatchData.bat file,

modify the

login_id/password

parameter values to specify

your actual login_id and password.

TIP

You may also modify the

logfile

parameter to specify a

pathname for the log file which is used to log information

associated with the demo data removal process. This is optional.

4. Save your copy of the modified

RemoveOracleSampleBatchData.bat file.

5. From the Start menu, select Run.
