Wear and use the earset (EarSet 3)

Use the earset for maximum sound quality. You can

make or answer calls without holding the phone to

your ear.

WARNING! Prolonged use at high volume may

cause hearing damage.

Note! While listening to music, redialling a call may

not be available.

To use the earset, connect it to the jack on the

bottom of the phone.

- Press and hold the centre of the microphone on

the earset to redial the last call.

- Press the button to answer a call.

- Press the button to end a call.

Use the speakerphone feature

Use your phone as a speakerphone to talk and

listen with the phone a short distance away.

When you slide the backside upwards to raise the

loudspeaker during a call, the phone switches to

Speakerphone mode. You can talk without holding

the phone to your ear.

Options during a call

You can access a number of functions during a call.

To adjust the volume during a call

Use the wheel to adjust the volume.

To place a call on hold or retrieve

Tap More and select Hold to place a call on hold,

or select Retrieve call to retrieve a call on hold.

To make a second call

You can make another call while your first call is on

hold if your network supports this function.

> Tap More and select Hold to put the call on

hold.

> Make the second call in the normal way.

> Tap More and select Swap calls to switch

between the calls.

> To end the current call, press END.

To answer a second call

You can answer an incoming call while already on

the phone, if your network supports this function

and you have activated the call waiting feature.

> Press SEND to answer the call. The first call is

automatically put on hold.

> Tap More and select Swap calls to switch

between the calls.

> To end the current call, press END.
