If at any time during operation Loner Mobile loses Bluetooth
communication with the Loner FDU, a screen will be dis-
played indicating Loner FDU Disconnected.
The Loner FDU Disconnected alert screen can be cleared by reconnecting or disabling the
Loner FDU functionality.
Additional Alerts when using Loner FDU
The following are alerts that are unique to Loner Mobile when it is connected to a Loner
FDU. For any of the following alerts, they can be cancelled within Loner Mobile on the smart
phone by pressing the Acknowledge button on screen or using the Black Berry key and
selecting Back. However, this does not reset the alert within the Loner Portal account. The
Loner Portal monitoring personnel are required to cancel the alert within the user account.

Silent Emergency Alert
When a Silent Emergency Alert is initiated on the Loner FDU. Loner Mobile communicates
the alert to the server.
