rAPid FlOW inSTAllATiOn
INSTALLATION OF THE BULLy DOG RAPID FLOw EXHAUST SySTEM
In these steps you will install the rapid Flow Exhaust System. Bully Dog’s Exhaust Systems are one-
cut systems, meaning that you should only have to cut one pipe or less if installed correctly.
Important: Do not over-tighten Clamps. too much torque will result in deformation of the exhaust. For best results
when doing the installation, tighten the Clamps enough to hold the exhaust pieces in place, but don’t tighten down
until the entire exhaust system is installed.
1. It is suggested that before installing the sys-
tem on the truck, the Rapid Flow Exhaust
System be laid out on a large flat surface to
acknowledge the location of each piece.
2. Install and attach the adapter at the back of
the DPF. Using the bolts provided secure the
adapter pipe to the flange part of the OEM
exhaust. Insure that the gasket is in on before
installing.
3. Install exhaust pipe to the adapter by aligning
pre welded hangers with appropriate rubber
insulators and placing exhaust
pipe over the adapter. If adapter
is too long measure and cut al-
lowing three inches for overlap.
4. Attach rubber insulators to the hangers of
both the exhaust system and vehicle.
