View and dial from the Calls list

1. Press

. The most recently received number or name is

displayed.

If you answered the call, you will see the

symbol.

If the call was not answered, you will see the

symbol.

2. Use

or

to scroll through the list.

With a name displayed, press

OK

repeatedly to view the

caller’s number and the date and time the call was received.

3. To dial a displayed number, press

. The number will be

dialled automatically.

Or

To exit and return to standby, press .

When all new calls have been viewed the

symbol will

disappear from the display.

Copy a Calls list number to the phonebook

1. Press

. The most recently received number or name is

displayed.

If you answered the call, you will see the

symbol.

If the call was not answered, you will see the

symbol.

If there are no entries,

Empty

will be

displayed.
It may take a couple of seconds for

the display to show the telephone

number or name for an incoming call.

The display will initially display

Call

followed by the number.
Your BT Elements can display numbers

up to 20 digits and names up to 12

characters.
If a caller has withheld their number,

Withheld

will be displayed.

If the number is unavailable,

Unavailable

will be displayed.

If the call is from an international

number,

International

will be

displayed.
If the call is from a private number,

Private

will be displayed.

If the call is from the operator,

Operator

will be displayed.

If the call is from a payphone,

Payphone

will be displayed.

If the call is from a ringback request,

Ringback

will be displayed.
