5 Click “OK” to continue and complete the
installation.
6 Click “Start > Setting > Control Panel > System >
Device Manager > Imaging Devices” to check if
Concord DV2020 appears under “Imaging
Devices”. If not, please re-install the drivers or
re-connect the camera.
Note: Ensure that the camera is still connected to the
computer while checking.
n Under Windows 2000 Operating System
1 The following message will pop up, indicating
that the Windows system recognizes
the new device and is searching
for the driver.
2 The warning message of “Digital Signature
Not Found” will pop up. Click ‘Yes’ to
continue. If ‘No’ is clicked, you’d be asked
to exit setup without completing the
installation.
3 Click ‘Start > Setting > Control Panel > System >
Hardware > Device Manager > Imaging Devices’
to check if DV2020 appears under
“Imaging Devices”. If not, please re-install the
driver or re-connect the camera.
