Note: If the problem persists, go
to My Computer – Properties –
Hardware – Device Manager –
Other devices, then right click on “
Concord DV2020 Camera” with
exclamation mark under Other
devices, click “Remove (Uninstall) to
delete the device driver from the
computer. After that, re-install and
re-connect based on the steps listed
above.
Select the driver of DV2020 camera
from the drop-down list in step 5 page
62.
Install Div X onto the computer from
the supplied CD-ROM (page 52). Or
download Div X from website, then
install it onto the computer (page 53). My friend cannot play
back the video clips I
sent via e-mail on his/
her computer.
Driver for DV2020
camera is not
selected.
Div X has not been
installed on the
computer yet.
