Install the Div X player from the
supplied CD-ROM. (page 51)
Check to make sure all cable
connections are properly and securely
plugged in.
1. Install the camera drivers from the
supplied CD-ROM onto your
computer. (page 51)
2. Connect the camera to the
computer.
3. Set the Mode Dial to the ( )
position.
4. Power on the camera.
You may check whether the
imaging device has been installed
on your comuter successfully or
not by going to My Computer –
Properties – Hardware – Device
Manager – Imaging Device, then
click Imaging Device to check
whether DV2020 is shown under
it. If not, or the itme of DV2020 is
marked with the exclamation mark,
re-install the camera drivers from
the supplied CD-ROM, then do the
steps from 2 to 4 listed above to
install the imaging device onto your
computer.
The downloaded
video clips cannot be
played back.
I cannot use ArcSoft
VideoImpression to
capture live video
clips by showing
message “ cannot
connect to device”.
The Div X player from
the supplied CD-
ROM is not installed
on your computer.
Connection failure
The imaging device
for DV2020 camera is
not installed in your
computer.
