International Lights Assembly
113.Attach the EU front light bracket LH to the top of
the plate on the left truss, with 3/4 x 2 hex bolts , 3/
4 lock washers and 3/4 nuts. Repeat same proce-
dure for the EU front light bracket RH
.
114.Install the EU rear light brackets to the inside cen-
ter frame tube as shown, secure with flat plates , 1/
2 x 7 1/2 hex bolts , 1/2 lock washers and 1/2 nuts.
Note: Adjust the EU rear light brackets so they clear
when folding.
115.Mount rear light bracket arms to rear plate of rear
light brackets , with 3/8 x 1 hex bolts , 3/8 lock
washers and 3/8 nuts.
116.Attach one end of rear light stiffeners to rear light
brackets with 1/2 x 2 1/32 x 4 1/2 u-bolt , 1/2
lock washers and 1/2 nuts. Fasten other end to rear
light bracket arms
with 3/8 x 1 hex bolt , 3/8 lock
washer and 3/8 nut.
117.Mount the front sign mount weldments with 3/8 x 2
x 2 3/4 u-bolts , 3/8 lock washers and 3/8 nuts.
Note: Adjust the front sign mount weldments , from
center of machine to outside of sign to a maximum
of 150cm (59in) as shown.
118.Mount the rear sign mount weldments to rear light
bracket arms with 3/8 x 1 hex bolts , 3/8 lock
washers and 3/8 nuts.
119.Mount the red/white fluorescent panels , in orien-
tation as shown in Figure 25, using 3/8 x 3/4 hex
bolts
, 3/8 nylock jam nuts.
120.Attach the front light bracket with 3/8 x 3/4 hex
bolts , 3/8 lock washers and 3/8 nuts.
121.Slide wire of clear oval light , through holes on
front light bracket , secure with #10x.63 Hex hi low
srews, 3/8 lockwashers, and 3/8 hex nuts.
122.Mount rear light brackets to the rear sign mount
weldments , using 3/8 x 3/4 hex bolts , 3/8 lock
washers and 3/8 nuts.
123.Slide pegs of the red triangle reflectors through
holes of the rear light brackets , secure with nuts
provided.
124.Secure the Red and Amber lights , to rear light
brackets , with self tapping screws provided with
lights.
125. Route light harness EU from front of hitch (trac-
tor plug to front), along same route as hydraulic hose
(fasten in same clamps and hose wraps as hoses).
Plug other ends into lights (marked left and right).
126.Attach speed limit bracket , to front of center
brace bar, facing towards front, secure with 1/2 x 3 1/
32 x 5 u-bolt
, 1/2 lock washers and 1/2 nuts.
127.Fasten smv post to rear of center frame with 1/2 x
4 1/32 x 4 u-bolt , 1/2 lock washers and 1/2 nuts.
128.Attach smv sign to rear of smv post , with 1/4 x
3/4 pan head screws , 1/4 lock washers and 1/4
nuts.
129.Align the 4 holes in the beacon mount plate with
holes in rear sign mount weldments (right side),
secure with 3/8 x 1 hex bolt , 3/8 lock washer and
3/8 nut.
130.Remove front rubber cover and round nut from bea-
con light switch and slide switch through hole of
beacon mount plate , re-install nut on other side of
plate to secure.
131.Mount amber beacon light to top of beacon
mount plate , with #10-24 X 2 SS screws , #10
star washers and #10 nuts.
132.Attach license plate light to rear of beacon mount
plate , with #10 X 3/4 screws , #10 star washers
and #10 nuts.
133.Attach one end of beacon light harness labeled “Tail
Light” between light harness EU and red and
amber lights (right side) and other ends of har-
ness to appropriate lights or switch as marked on
cable.
134.Tighten all bolts to specs. Be sure and get all wiring
harnesses fastened up securely with hose wraps or
clamps (if routed close to hydraulic hoses) or use
cable ties
