• UL listed control panel in a NEMA 12 enclosure with a 5.7”
Touch Screen Display
• Only panel components that are commercially available and
not of propriety design will be considered
• Our pumps include the following accessories:
- Temperature sensor at each discharge port of the pump
with numerical display
- Externally operable circuit breakers with door interlock
per pump
- Control circuit transformers with fused primary and
secondary circuit breakers
- WinCE 5.0 operating system
- Illuminated H-O-A switch
- Magnetic starter with three leg overload protection
- Hour meter and motor running light
• Audible and visual local alarms with dry contacts for the
following:
- Lag pump in use
- High discharge air temperature
- Main transformer failure
- Motor overload
• Provide manual reset for all alarms
• All control and alarm functions shall remain energized while
any pump in the system remains electrically on-line
• Ethernet connectivity with embedded web-page for remote
monitoring, password protected remote adjustment of all
operating parameters
• Lag pump shall be able to start automatically if the lead
pump fails to operate
• Alarm contacts will be provided for remote annunciation for
all alarm points
• Shutdowns for systems are as per NFPA
• Vacuum pump shall be of the continuous
duty, high efficiency, Oil-Less and frictionless
compression Contact-Less Claw type
• Pumping chamber is oil free
• Pump is completely air cooled with no water
requirements
• Vacuum pump shall be driven through a
single lubricated gear-box
• Torque is transmitted from the motor to the
pump through a shaft coupling
• Claws are synchronized by heavy-duty
precision timing gears
• Each vacuum pump shall have a factory
piped intake with integral flex connector,
isolation valve and check valve
• Each pump shall have a built-in anti-suck
back valve mounted at the pump inlet
• System should also have a means of
removal of the vacuum pump for service
or replacement without interruption to the
system
• The pump shall include:
- An inlet air filter (optional)
- Check valve
- Flexible connectors
- Isolation valve
- High discharge temperature
sensor (with visual indicator)
- Drain valve
- Numerical temperature display
- Site glass
• Shall be ASME certified with provisions for isolating the
receiver without interruption of the vacuum service
• Receiver shall be rated for full vacuum service with a minimum
200 psig design pressure
• Shall be equipped with a vacuum gauge, manual drain valve,
and a shut-off valve
• The inside of the receiver consists of a two-part epoxy coating
providing rust protection equal or better than that achieved by galvanizing
