1. Mount the scope onto a tripod to avoid excessive movement or shaking at high magnification.
2. Remove the lens cap and point the scope at an object.
3. Adjust the focus wheel to achieve optimum sharpness.
4. Turn the zoom adjustment ring to achieve the desired magnification. You may need to re-adjust the focus wheel to

sharpen the image.

5. The rain cover can be used for outdoor protection.
6. Use the tripod/clamp as a small table tripod or as a car window clamp.

Maintenance

1. Keep the lens cap on when the scope is not in use.
2. Use the lens cloth or a good quality soft lint-free cloth when cleaning or wiping the lenses.
3. Store your spotting scope in a dry and cool place.
