2 After the configuration update is done, the phone won’t contact the RPS until you reset the phone to
factory default.

3 If you really want the phone to contact the RPS again without resetting to factory default(e.g.,you
don’t want to lose your personal configuration in the phone), you can contact your service provider for
assistance.
