1 . Pr

eheat the

toaster oven

to 400°F

on the

coat the

3 . Roll

out dough

into a

10 x

9-inch rectangle

. Fit

into the

prepar

ed pan

.

Brush the

outer edge

of the

dough with

olive oil

. Bake

in pr

eheated oven

for about

8 minutes,

or until

dough is

lightly golden

4 . While

dough is

par-baking,

put the

ricotta, Parmesan,

salt and

pepper into

a

medium mixing

bowl . Mix

until well

combined . Reserve

5 . Spr

ead the

over the

par-baked

pizza dough

about 15
