Memory Card Operation

No sound from the built-in
speaker.
Open the LCD panel.

Speaker volume is turned off. Adjust the volume with the
[SPEAKER VOLUME] setting.
Image will not appear on the
TV screen.
Check again that the camcorder is properly connected to the TV.
Tape is running, but image will
not appear on the TV screen.
TV/VIDEO selector on the TV is not set to VIDEO. Set the
selector to VIDEO.
Video heads are dirty. Clean the video heads.
You attempted to play back or dub copyright a protected tape.
Stop playback/dubbing.

Memory card was not facing the correct direction. Turn the
memory card over and reinsert it.
Cannot record on the memory
card.
Memory card is full. Erase still images to free some space or
replace the memory card.

The folder and file numbers have reached their maximum value.
Set [FILE NOS.] to [RESET] and insert a new memory card.
Memory card cannot be played
back.

Image is protected. Cancel the protection.
The write-protect switch on an SD or SDHC memory card is set
to prevent accidental erasure. Change the position of the write-
protect switch.

Card error occurred. Turn off the camcorder. Remove and
reinsert the memory card. Initialize the memory card if flashing
persists.

camcorder to
