Selecting [ORIGINAL] or
[PLAY LIST] on a DVD-R/
DVD-RW
Some DVD-Rs/DVD-RWs in VR (Video
Recording) mode have two lypes of titles for
playback: originally recorded titles
([ORIGINAL]) and titles that can be created on
recordable DVD players lor editing ([PLAY
LIST]). You cati select the type of title to be
played.
Press C3 DISPLAY when the system is
in stop mode.
The Control Menu displat appears.
Press I'M to select i ^ \ [ORIGINAL/
PLAY LIST], then press ( a .
The options for [ORIGINAL/PLAY LIST]
appear. * •

Press 'b/+ to select a setting.
The default setting is underlined.
* IPL.VY LIST]: plays the titles created
froni ]ORIGIN,AL] for editing.
• [ORIGINAL]: plays the titles originally
recorded.

Viewing the piaying time and
remaining time in the front
panei dispiay
You can check disc information, such as the
remaining time, total number of titles in a DVD,
tracks in a VIDEO CD, CD, or MP3 using the
front paticl dispiay (page 110).
Press DISPLAY.
Each time you press DISPLAY while playing
the disc, the display changes © —► (2) —► ...
Some displayed ilems may disappear after a few
seconds.
