Tuner Functions
Presetting Radio Stations
You can preset 20 FM stations, and 10 ,\M
slations. Before tuning, make sure to turn down
the voliimc to tniniimim.

Press FUNCTION repeatedly until
“TUNER FM” or “TUNER AM” appears
in the front panel display.

Press and hold TUNING + or-until the
auto scanning starts.
Scanning stops when the system times in a
station. “TUNED” and “ST” (for stereo
program) appear in the frotil panel display.
Press SYSTEM MENU.

Press 't!4> repeatedly until “MEMORY”
appears in the front panel display.
Press 0 or ■>.
A preset number appears in the front panel
display.
To change the preset number
Restart from Step 1.
To change the AM tuning interval
(except for Russian and Middle
Eastern models)
The AM tutting interval cati be set to cither
10 kHz or 9 kHz.
To change the AM liming interval, flrsl tune in
any AM station, then turn off the system by
pressing
1/(1) on the iitiit. While holding down
►W oti the unit, press 1/(1) on the unit to turn on
the power. If you change the interval. .AM preset
stations will be erased.
To reset the interval, repeat the same procedure.

Press I'/'t to select the preset number
you want.
• You can select the preset ninnher directly hy
pressing the ninnher buttons.
Press 0.
The station is stored.

Repeat Steps 1 to 7 to store other
stations.

Press SYSTEM MENU.
The system menu turns off.
