Using the Printer with a Memorg Card

When the memorg card is inserted correctLg, the card slot indicator Light

iLLuminates. The LCD screen dispLags Reading... For a moment, shows the

number oF photos Found on the memorg card, then dispLags ALL PHOTOS - 1

copy - Index.

Caution:

Do not pull out the memory card while the LCD screen says

Reading... or while the light is blinking. This may damage the

printer, the memory card, or the inFormation on the memory

card.

Printing an index page

The index page incLudes a thumbnaiL, date, FiLe name and number For each photo

on the memorg card. (IF gou’re printing an index page using HP JetSend, the index

page onLg shows the thumbnaiL and the photo date.) You can use the index page to

determine which photos gou want to print or save. You can aLso keep a printout oF

the index page with gour memorg card so that gou’LL aLwags be abLe to see at a

gLance what is on the memorg card. Note that the index “page” mag be severaL

pages iF gou have a Lot oF photos on gour memorg card.

To print an index page:

1. Insert the memorg card into the printer. See “Inserting a memorg card” on page

35 For detaiLs.

2. Set the printer to print: ALL PHOTOS - 1 copy - Index. IF this is not the setting

shown on the LCD, press Cancel/No to get to this setting.
