WHO IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?

information. The original dated bill of sale must be presented whenever
warranty service is required.

by accident, misuse or abuse,
damage
caused by product modification or neglect,
damage caused by shipment,

of repairs by anyone not authorized b

Eden Elec
t
ronics,
claims
based upon any misrepresentation by the seller, and,
damage
to any Eden product on which the serial number has been defaced, modif
i
ed or removed.
WHO PAYS FOR WHAT?
In th

event that warranty repairs are necessary, Eden Electronics will pay for all labor and ma
t
erials on
all factory
authorized
repairs covered by this warranty. Eden Electronics will have no obligation to pay
for repairs not authorized as
warranty
by Eden Elec
t
ronics. Save the original shipping carton. Upon
authorization, return the equipmen
t
in
t
he
original
carton to Eden. Replacement cartons may be available
upon requ
e
st for an additional charge. Improper packa
ging
may cause damage resulting in denial of this
war
ra
n
t
y.
I
f repairs are covered by warranty, Eden will pay to sh
i
p
t
he e
q
uipment back to you. You are
responsible for shipping
charges
to
t
he factor
y.
