2 Technical and Operating Instructions
2.0 Assembly Instructions
The RL-DBS Digital Baby Scale comes fully assembled and includes the scale and a 120V or 230V AC adaptor.
To set up the scale:
1. Select a sturdy, flat surface on which to place the scale on.
2. Plug in the 120V or 230V AC adaptor. The AC power adaptor plugs into the back of the indicator as
shown below in Figure 2-1.

The RL-DBS Digital Baby Scale is also capable of running on four (4) AA batteries if no additional power
source is available. If the

prompt is showing on the display, replace the battery or connect the scale to an AC
power source as soon as possible for accurate weighing.
