Weighing with printout

– Switch the scale on if necessary.
– Switch on the printer at the on/off

switch.

– Get the patient to stand on the scale.

The patient should then stand still. The
measured weight is printed out.

– If you also want to measure height

(models 763/764 only), perform a
measurement (see "Measuring height”
in the operating instructions for the
scale).
Then press the

Data Valid key. The

height and calculated BMI value are
then printed out.

– When the load is removed from the

scale, date and time are also printed.
Then tear off the printout towards the
tearing edge.
Note:
If the printout is in 12-hour format,
morning times are marked

AM and af-

ternoon times

PM.

– If you do not require any further print-

out, switch the printer off again at the
on/off switch.

What do I do if ...

… the scale switches off when attempting to print?
– Too weak a mains power unit is connected. Connect seca mains power unit

68-32-10-263 supplied (see “Connecting the scale” on page 8).

… the printer does not print during weighing?
– Is the printer switched on?
– Is the flap of the paper dispenser completely closed?

PAPEr

appears in the display?

– The paper is finished. Insert a new roll.
– Is the flap of the paper dispenser closed?

… the printer prints during weighing, but there is nothing to be seen on the paper?
– The paper has been put in the wrong way round. Insert the roll the right way round.
