1. Connecting the scale

If your scale is equipped with a printer in the display unit, a more powerful mains power
unit will be required as the power supply. In this case, use seca mains power unit
68-32-10-263 supplied.
– The mains power unit can be adapted

to a wide variety of socket systems us-
ing the adapters. Change the adapter of
the mains power unit if required:

pull the adapter off the mains power
unit from the side.
Then plug the correct adapter onto the
mains power unit. Ensure that the
adapter is properly engaged and se-
curely located.

– Connect the mains power unit to the

scale.

– Connect the mains power unit to the

socket.

2. Clock function

Displaying time

After the scale has been switched on, time is displayed for about 2 seconds.
If a printer is connected, the time and date of the weighing operation is printed out in ad-
dition to the weight itself.
Depending on the country to which it is supplied, the display can be in either 24-hour
clock format (e.g. 19:45) or in 12-hour format (e.g. P 7:45).
If

TIME

appears in the display and 3 alarm signals are heard after the scale is switched

on, this means that the scale has been without a power supply for a prolonged period, so
the clock needs to be reset.
