TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Never pour bleach or chemical sterilisation solutions/tablets into the device.
• Never use scouring pads, abrasive products or aggressive detergents such as petrol, acetone or
alcohol to clean the device.
• Wash the elements which have been in contact with food in hot soapy water immediately after use.
• After every use, clean the steamer bases (K) with a damp sponge, remove any residue, then dry the bases.
• Do not use abrasive items for wiping (abrasive detergents, scourers, etc.)
• Wipe all plugs with a dry cloth.
• Regular descaling (after approximately every 15th use) will prevent the device from deteriorating.
• To remove any limescale, pour 250 ml of white vinegar into each of the two steamer bases (K) and
leave it to act. Rinse well and dry with a soft moist cloth.
