2. INTRODUCTION
Your new D1 Pocket Panel is a portable attitude indicator (artificial horizon) that is designed to be
used by ALL pilots. The D1 utilizes the Dynon ARHS technology that has made us the leading
supplier of EFIS (Electronic Flight Information Systems) for experimental and light sport aircraft.
Unlike other portable devices and apps, the D1 displays actual aircraft attitude, along with
additional auxiliary flight instruments that are derived from GPS and other sensors.
