To redial the last number dialed

Press S) or ® # (REDIAL/PAUSE/PROGRA^.

To adjust the receiver volume (HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW)

or speaker volume (6 levels) while talking

Press E) or @ while talking.

While using {*%J

• Each time you press ® or the volume level will change from MEDIUM

^preset) to HIGH or LOW.

•When you replace the battery, the selected receiver volume setting will return to

the factory set (MEDIUM). Reprogram if necessary.

While using

• Each time you press (3 or (3. the volume level will change from level 1 to level

To put a call on hold

[HOLD/INTERCOMl.

•The TALK indicator flashes.
•The IN USE/CHARGE/HOLD indicator on the base unit flashes.
• If you do not press any key more than 6 minutes, an alarm tone will sound.
•If you do not press any key more than 10 minutes after holding a call, a line will

be disconnected.

To release the hold

Press S

or C3. or lift the handset off the base unit.

• If another phone is connected on the same line (p. 46), you can also release the

hold by lifting its handset.

If noise interferes with the conversation

Press CH 3 to select a clearer channel or move closer to the base unit.
