“Original";

The original language of each disc will be selected.

“Automatic”:

If the language selected for “Audio" is not available,

subtitles of that language will automatically appear if
available on that disc.

Some discs are designed to start in a certain language
despite any changes you make here.

Level

8: All DVDs can be played.

Level 1 to 7;

Prohibits play of DVDs with corresponding ratings recorded on

them.

Level 0:

Prohibits play of all OVDs.

• The password screen is shown if you choose levels 0 to 7.
• Select “Level 0” to prevent play of discs that do not have

ratings levels recorded on them.

The password screen is shown when you select “Ratings”,

if levels 0 to 7 have been selected.
Input a 4-digit password with the numbered buttons.

Field:

Less blurred field stills are shown. Select if jittering occurs when

"Automatic" is selected.

Frame:

Sharper frame stills are shown. Select if small text or fine patterns

cannot be seen clearly when “Automatic” is selected.

PAL60:When

connected to a PAL television.

NTSC:

When connected to a NTSC or a multi-system television.

When the center/surround speakers cannot be located in the ideal position.

Dynamic range is the difference between the loudest sound
and the softest sound. By compressing this range, you can
listen at low volume but still enjoy clear dialogue.
