Before connection

TV's component video

The S-video terminal achieves a more vivid picture than the VIDEO
OUT terminal by separating the chrominartce (C) and luminance (Y)
signals. (Actual results depend on the television.)

Connection using these temunals outputs the color difference signals
(Ps*''P>>) and luminance signal (Y) separately m order to achieve high

fidelity in reproducing colors.
