ASI Connections

Building a Pro64 network involves connecting input and output modules,

setting A‑Net Slot ranges, and activating input channels. When added to a

Pro64 network, the ASI A‑Net Systems Interface will output Pro16 compatible

data from all active Pro64 channels. The maximum number of available Pro16

channels is determined by the current Pro64 sample rate.

The ASI can be connected to any available A‑Net port on a Pro64 I/O module

or merger hub such as the MH10.

Connecting Pro64 Modules

To create a network, set one (and only one) device to be the network Control

Master. Because there are some operations that can only be executed at the

Control Master, be sure that the module designated as the Control Master

is accessible. Once all modules in the network are enumerated (indicated

by illuminated A‑Net LEDs), choose a network mode (Auto/Manual), set

A‑Net Slot ranges on each module, and activate audio channels and VDCs

as needed.
