General Information
Gage Accuracy:
All Interchemical Wet Film Thickness Gages are
machined to a tolerance of 2.5 % of full
scale within the recommended range listed in the
catalog and in the charts below. For best results,
readings outside the recommended range should
be avoided. Test conditions may adversely affect
the maximum obtainable accuracy for any given
application. Factors affecting reading accuracy
include, but are not limited to: surface tension
and fl ow characteristics of coating being
measured, cleanliness of gage, humidity and
rigidity of substrate.
