Understanding the status indicators

LOCK OUT

Lock Out

The Lock Out feature lets you lock out the

function of the control

pads.

When using Lock

Out, you cannot start
the dishwasher.

To use Lock Out:

• Press and hold Air Dry (about 5 seconds)

until the Lock Out indicator glows.

WASHING

To turn off Lock Out:

• Press and hold Air Dry (about 5 seconds)

until the Lock Out indicator turns off.

Washing

The Washing indicator glows'at the start of

the first fill of any cycle

(except Rinse/Wash
Later) and remains
on until the end of the

main wash.

Water Heating

The Water Heating indicator glows whenever

water is heated during a
cycle.

Rinsing

The Rinsing indicator glows during the last

2 rinses of all cycles.

Drying

The Drying indicator glows during the drying

portion of each cycle -

even if you select Air Dry.

It turns off at the end of

the cycle. If dishes are

not as dry as you expected when using Air
Dry, either allow longer drying times (over­
night) or do not use Air Dry.

Clean

The Clean indicator glows at the end of a

cycle to show that the

load is clean. All other
indicators turn off. The
Clean indicator glows

until you press Cancel/Drain or any other

control pad.
