TROUBLESHOOTING

Review this table to find do-it-yourself solutions for minor performance problems. Any

service needed, other than maintenance described in this Owner’s Manual, should be

performed by a Sears or other qualified service agent.

Disconnect electrical supply before performing maintenance to the unit.
Failure to do so could result in electrical shock or personal injury.

Power cord not firmly plugged

Blown fuse or tripped breaker.

Brush clogged.

Thermal Protector activated.

Plug unit in firmly.

Check fuse or breaker in home. Replace

fuse/reset breaker.

3.

Unplug unit. Remove debris from brushroii

and push brushroii reset button.

4.

Unplug All Surface Floor Cleaner. Allow to

cool for 30 minutes before use.

5.

Take to Sears Service Center.

All Surface Floor
