Setting Oven Controls
NOTICE : The illustrations and instructions contained in this document only refer to the upper oven operations.
Before every operations, you must select the proper oven which will be in use. All these instructions can also be
applied to the lower oven by selecting the Lower Oven Pad on the right hand side of the control panel.
Note:The time of day must first
be set in order to operate
the oven.

To Set or Change the Temperature for Baking
The oven can be programmed to bake at any temperature from 170“F to 550°F (77°C to288°C).
To Set the Controls for Normal Baking:
1 . Press 1^^."------------- " appears and “BAKE” will flash in the display.
2 . Within 10 seconds, press the yy or >y. The display will show "350°F (177“C)." By pressing and holding yy or >✓ , the
temperature can then be adjusted in 5“F increments (1 °C if the control is set to display Celsius).
3. 3 seconds after the yy or pad is released, the oven will begin heating to the selected temperature. When the
displayed temperature reaches the desired baking temperature, the control will beep once.

To Change the Oven Temperature after Baking has Started:
1. Press I
2. Press the yy or >✓ pad to increase or decrease the set temperature.
To Set Control for Continuous Bake or 12 Hour Energy Saving:
The oven control has a built-in 12 Hour Energy Saving feature that will shut off the oven if the control is left on for more
than
11 hours and 59 minutes. The oven can be programmed to override this feature for continuous baking.
To set control for continuous baking:
1. Press and hold down for 7 seconds. After 7 seconds "1
2h"
will appear in the display.
2. Press yy or v' to switch between 12 Hour Energy Saving and Continuous Bake features. Note: "12h" in the display
indicates the control is set tor the 12 Hour Energy Saving mode and "-h" indicates the control is set for Continuous
Bake feature.
3. Wait 5 seconds to accept the changes or press to cancel and return to the time of day display.
To Set Control for Oven Lockout
The control can be programmed to lock the upper oven door and lock both oven control pads, except for the timer, clock
and oven light.
To Set Control for Oven Lockout feature for the Upper Oven:
Press (^i) and hold for 3 seconds. After 3 seconds “LOCKED” and “DOOR” will flash in the display and a beep will 1
.
and “Loc” will appear in the display. Allow about 15 seconds for the oven sound. Once the oven door is locked
door to lock.
2. To cancel the Oven Lockout feature, press 0 ) and hold for 3 seconds. A beep will sound. will disappear from
the display and “LOCKED” and “DOOR” will flash until the oven door has completely unlocked. The wall oven is again
fullyope rational.
