Setting Up Number Groups
Number Group allows you to send the same fax message to many fax nunibers by pressing only
one One-Touch key. (Broadcasting.) You must store each fax number first as a One-Touch or
Speed-Dial number. Then you can combine them into a Group. You can have up to 6 Groups and
can assign up to 59 numbers for each Group. They can have a name up to 15 characters long,

be the stored group number.
Example: Gclcet“One Touch l”aaagroup.
5. After two seconds enter the group
number by using the number keys.
