3. PACKAGE CONTENTS
Before starting installation, please check the package contents:
• 1x DVI-7330-Tx Transmitter Unit
• 1x DVI-7330-Rx Receiver Unit
• 2x External AC Power Adapters
• 2x USB Type A male to USB micro-B adapter cables
• 1x User Guide
Note: Please retain the original packing material in case you need to return the unit. If you find
any items are missing, contact your reseller or DVIGear immediately. Please have the Model
Number, Serial Number, and Invoice Number available for reference when you call.
4. INSTALLATION
This product includes both a Transmitter and a Receiver unit. The Transmitter unit
should be connected to the DVI output port of the signal source (such as a PC).
The Receiver should be connected to the DVI input port of a digital display. This
product may be connected to an HDMI source and/or display using a DVI Female
to HDMI Male Adapter Cable (DVIGear p.n. DVI-8511b).
The DVI signal components are routed from the Transmitter unit to the Receiver
unit using an optical cable with 1 fiber that is terminated with LC optical
connectors. The optical cable must be multi-mode fiber.
