3. Highlight one of the solutions in the list, and then click Select in the menu.
4. Click Yes to confirm that you want to remove the solution from the case.
Case Comments and History
If your administrator mobilized the case comment and case history objects, the Case Comment and Case History menu options are
available in Salesforce Classic when you view cases. You can display the comments for a case, and you can see the history of fields that
have changed for the record.
Using Products and Price Books
Products are the individual items that you sell on your opportunities. In the mobile application, you can add products to opportunities
and change the price book for an opportunity.
Note: Products and price books are not available in Mobile Lite, which is the free version of Salesforce Classic.

To add a new product to an opportunity:
1. Open an opportunity.
2. Open the menu and select Opportunity Product.
Salesforce Classic displays a list of opportunity products. If no products have been associated with the opportunity, the list page is
empty.
3. Select New from the menu.
4. Select the price book for the opportunity.
5. Enter the information for the new opportunity product:
• Opportunity : Defaults to the current opportunity, but you can change it to a different opportunity record.
• Product : Choose a product from the selected price book.
• Sales Price and Quantity : Enter these values, and the value for the Total Price field is calculated automatically
when the record is submitted to Salesforce.
6. Open the menu and select Save.
Changing the Price Book for a Product
Changing the price book for an opportunity deletes existing opportunity product records from the opportunity.
1. Open an opportunity’s detail page.
2. Open the menu and click Change Price Book.
