WARNING – MAKE SURE THAT:
• The water supply pressure is within the working limits:

See the machine’s technical features table.

• The water supply taps are in an easily accessible position


Keep the water supply taps turned off when the machine is not being used

WARNING – Washing stainless steel instruments
Chemical characteristics of mains water which are not compatible with good
washing of materials:
If the supply water contains Fe2+/Fe3+ ions in a quantity greater than 0.5 ppm and/or the
supply water is harder than 42°f (French degrees), the water must be pre-treated by
installing a deferrization and/or water softening system to which the appliance must then
be connected.


In the event of instruments dirtied with blood: Make sure that the machine is supplied with water below the
temperature of 40°C.

IMPORTANT
If demineralised water is not available in the system, do not connect the relative
pipe to the hot and cold water inlets. Leave the “demineralised water” pipe
disconnected.

Read the instructions on “LOADING WITH DEMINERALISED WATER” to set the
parameters correctly.
