Before using Paperless, you should have a basic knowledge of the Windows Operating System (OS). You should
understand pointing, clicking, double-clicking, dragging, and how to choose menu commands. You should also know
how to operate dialog boxes, re-size windows, and use the Clipboard. If you arenʼt familiar with these or other basic
operations or terminology, refer to the Help documentation included with your computer.

If you experience a crash using Paperless, itʼs usually helpful for us to know what you were doing, the version of
