SOLBERG

Media: Polyester

 Efficiency: 99% @ 1 micron

 Typical Element Operating Differential Pressure: 0 – 3 psig / 0 – 0.21 BAR
 Filter Change-Out Differential: 1 psig / 0.07 BAR over initial backpressure of the

saturated and dirty element

 Typically used in scrubber applications to remove fine particulate and trace

condensate

Note: Filter change-out differential pressure is ultimately determined by the Operator.
Please follow application specific guidelines.

4. Element Cleaning

Cleaning is NOT recommended for Solberg Manufacturing’s scrubber or separator
elements. Once particulate entrainment and saturation occur, it is impossible to restore
elements to their original condition. It is recommended that once maximum differential
pressure is reached, new elements should be installed.

5. Vane/Demister Pack Specifications
Material: 304 / 316 Stainless Steel

 Efficiency: 99% @ 8 micron

 Typical Operating Differential Pressure: 0 – 1 psig / 0 – 0.07 BAR
 Used in scrubber applications to remove condensate and separator applications to

remove heavy concentrations of oil

 Designed to be removable and cleanable upon request
