* Pressure setting with venting is only possible in operation mode ”Vacuum control”, if a venting valve
is connected and configurated and ”Vacuum control” is started. The venting valve opens automati-
cally, if the actual vacuum is 10 mbar below the preset vacuum. Automatic venting becomes inactive,
if ”Vacuum control” is stopped (”Esc”), setting a pressure value using the command OUT_SP_1 or if
the operation mode is changed. Activate the command OUT_SP_V again if necessary.
** If remote operation is selected or deselected, the user has to ensure that no dangerous status of
the system due to the change of the mode of operation can occur and to provide appropriate safety
measures, especially if selecting remote operation interferes with a locally operated active process.
