Refer to the Reference Guide on the Setup Software & Reference Guide CD-ROM for information on
how to deal with the problems listed below.

Colour document printed in monochrome

Colours not clear

Printed text rotated 90 degrees

Printing in top left corner

Text cut off at bottom right corner, right edge, or bottom edge

Text or image reversed (mirrored)

Enlarged/reduced printing not correct

Single file page prints over two or more pages

Straight lines are broken

Backs of pages stained with ink

Ink blurred

Printed surface scratched

White streaks visible

Colours streaked or uneven

Printer will not switch on

Print job will not start

Printing starts but nothing printing

Cartridge holder does not move to left

Envelopes do not feed

Paper skewing during feeding

Multiple sheets feed together

Error messages other than "Error writing to LPT or USBPRN"

"Application error" or "General Protection Fault" is displayed.

BJ Status Monitor does not open
