Rotate the control knobs in either

direction to provide fully variable heat

control.

When any one of the hotplates is on, the

red indicator light on the control panel is

on.

To switch a hotplate off turn the

corresponding knob to 0 (zero).

• Rapid heating hotplates are at the front

and are denoted by a red spot in the

centre of each hotplate. (The red spot

will wear with time - this is not a fault

and operation is not affected.)

Before retiring for the evening it is

advisable to check that all the cooker

controls have been switched off.

For best simmering results, we

recommend you use the rear left hotplate.

Over heat protection

The thermal protector reduces the power, if

excessive heat is detected during abnormal

operating conditions.
