ROTISSERIE COOKING:

Your grill was pre-drilled from factory to include mounting holes for a rôtisserie (sold separately). Do

not use a rôtisserie not specifically manufactured for this grill.

Read and follow all instructions provided with the rôtisserie. Save instructions for future reference.

Do not use the side burner when using a rôtisserie.

AWARNING

When using an AC current rôtisserie, it must be eiectricaiiy grounded in accordance with iocai
codes, or in the absence of iocai codes:

in the US: The Nationai Eiectricai Code - ANSi-NFPA No. 70 - Latest Edition

in Canada: the Canadian Eiectricai Code - CSA C22.1

The Rôtisserie is equipped with a three pronged piug for your protection against eiectricai
shock. This piug shouid be piugged directiy into a properiy grounded 3 prong receptacie. Never
cut or remove the grounding piug. Any extension cord must aiso have a 3 prong receptacie.

Aii eiectricai suppiy cords shouid be kept away from water and any hot surfaces of the griii.

USING OTHER FEATURES OF THE GRILL:

THE SIDE BURNER:

The side burner can be used to prepare side dishes such as beans, potatoes, corn, or to warm
sauces.

The burner valve can be adjusted from high to low depending upon your cooking demands.

AWARNING

Read instructions on iighting your griii to iight the side burner.

Never cióse the side burner cover when the burner is iit.

Use a 10" diameter pot or smaiier that does NOT have an extended handie when cooking on the

side burner. Center pot over burner.

Never piace more than 15 pounds on the side burner. The side burner is not constructed to hoid

weight exceeding 15 pounds.

Use caution to avoid bumping griii, side burner or pot to prevent pot from spiiiing contents
possibiy ieading to severe burns.

DO NOT use side burner to deep fry food in oii to avoid dangers associated with oii igniting

creating a very dangerous situation.
