The values of attribute 1 and 2

are retrieved from NVRAM if

the front panel switches are set to

program mode; otherwise, the

value selected by the front panel

switch is reported.

The set service of attribute 1 and 2

directly updates the value for these

attributes in NVRAM. When setting

the MAC ID, the device will auto-

matically reset. To update baud rate,

a manual hardware or software reset

has to be executed.

The value of attributes 2 and 9 are

decoded as follows: 0=125Kb, 1=250Kb, 2=500Kb
