4 Below Students, click Delete.
5 Click Delete Student(s) to confirm the deletion or click Cancel to quit this action.
Deleting a Class in CPS for PowerPoint
You can delete a class from the list of classes in a CPS database. Deleting a class also removes any student information
within that class roster.
WARNING
Deleting a class cannot be undone.
1 From the CPS for PowerPoint toolbar, click Classes .
The CPS Database window appears.
2 Select the name of the class to delete.
3 Below Classes, click Delete.
4 Click Delete Class to confirm the deletion or click Cancel to quit this action.
