To delete a version:

a

Select the version to be deleted from the version drop-down menu.

Click the Delete Version icon, located next to the modify icon by the version drop-down menu.

Click Yes to delete the version.

Click Save to save all versions of the Answer Document.

CLONING AN ANSWER DOCUMENT

An Answer Document cannot be edited once it is included in a Blueprint, however it can be cloned and reused.

How to clone an Answer Document...

Click Answer Documents from the navigation bar.

Click the clone icon next to the desired Answer Document.

Optionally, make any adjustments necessary to the Answer Document.

Click Save.

Administration Rules

Administration Rules determine what functionality is available while administering an exam. Setting Administration Rules
helps maintain a standardized testing event.

CREATING ADMINISTRATION RULES

Administration Rules must be created for a Blueprint.

How to create Administration Rules...

Click Blueprints from the navigation bar and select the Administration Rules tab.

Click Create.

Enter a Name for the Administration Rules in the box provided.

Optionally, enter a Description for the Administration Rules.

Set the Attendance options.

Anonymous

- The default is set to No.

NOTE

Administration Rules can be reused in many Blueprints. The most
common rule states are the default settings on the Administration Rules
page.
