Enter a Name for the Schedule in the box provided.

Select a Blueprint from the drop-down menu.

Set the Makeups Created In option. The default is set to Desktop.

Desktop - The Proctor administers makeup exams through the Triton Proctor Application.

Web - The Makeup exams are scheduled through Triton Web and downloaded as a new Participant List in the
Schedule. The advantage of Web Makeups is that Participants from different Participant Lists can be pooled
together into one Makeup which can be administered by any Proctor in the Organization.

Set the Activation Date, Begin Date, Makeup Date and the End Date.

The Activation Date is the day the Schedule becomes locked and no longer editable except to extend the end date.
The Schedule appears the next time a Proctor assigned to the Schedule logs into the Triton Proctor Application.

The Begin Date is the day a Proctor can begin administering the exam.

The Makeup Date is a suggested date to alert the Proctor that the exam is near closing.

The End Date is the last day the exam can be administered.

Select the Time Zone from the drop-down menu.

Add the Participant Lists to be scheduled.

Click + Participant Lists.

Select Program(s) and/or Site(s).

Check the box next to the Participant List(s).

Click Add.

Click Save to save the Schedule.

NOTE

The exam must be administered within the begin and end dates.

NOTE

The Time Zone determines when to activate, begin or end the Schedule.
Schedules are activated at midnight on the specified day or immediately if
the activation date is the current day.
The Time Zone feature automatically accounts for daylight saving time.

TIP

Click the Search tab to search for Participant Lists by name or Proctor.

NOTE

A box for reconcile will appear if there are missing fields for the data
scheme.
