Set Up

1. Adjust thigh pad for stabilization during exercise.
2. Grasp bar and sit with thighs under pad.

Movement

1. Pull bar down until elbows are by sides and hands are approximately level with shoulders.

Set Up

1. Adjust pulley height by grasping mechanism handle, pulling detent pin, sliding mechanism to

desired height. Ensure that detent pin is locked into place before releasing handle.

2. Grasp handles.

1. Pull handle across body by rotating the arm.
